This tool applies your inputs only. It is not a market valuation, supplier quote, guaranteed price, or verified Pennsylvania average. Land, fees, tax, sitework and other exclusions depend on the rates you enter.
How should the area and scope be defined?
Use the same area definition for both rates. Gross building area, usable area and renovation area can produce different comparisons. Record what the supplied rates include, their source date and any exclusions. A rate for a shell building cannot reliably price a fully fitted occupied renovation.
